Acoustic Shows, Fall Tour and The Lunch room rating system

It's wednesday... the week seems to be flying by and yet I seem to get nothing done? Do you feel the same way? The acoustic shows at the record stores and the barnes & nobels have been great this summer so far! It really makes us stretch to play a different set that relies on raw ability rather than hiding behind electronics... it's the way we write all our songs so it is really nice to head back there and visit the songs in their origianl form the way i played in my apartment in san francisco at 2 am with some wine and a cigarette (don't smoke-I'm not saying it is cool). That said, it is great to share the stage with erik and pie... they are both incredible musicians and incredible people... it is not often that you get to play with people you respect and like and that are in the same place you are musically. we are underground but there is a leak in the boiler room.

The fall tour is coming up in about 5 weeks. we are pumped. the tour is the first tour that we will be bringing a set design with us and putting on "a show" so to speak that incorporates the visuals with the music. The show is called "flawed" and we have great hopes that you will be blown away by it and want to see it many times. Check out all the shows in your area b/c you might be able to catch a show twice! trust me it will be worth it :)

Someone wrote to us and asked if we will be doing the dining hall rating system again this year. I am happy to announce that this will be the case AND we will be holding a lottery for the top schools and the band will play for free the next time we are there.
